Jane Bohan has been the owner and sole designer of the fine jewelry company Jane Bohan Inc since 1983. Her studio is located in New York City’s renowned SoHo district. Known for her fashion forward designs, her jewelry combines a sculptural quality with a feminine simplicity. Jane’s high-quality collection features over 150 styles, including necklaces, bracelets, earrings & rings and they are executed in 18K gold and platinum. Her jewelry is sold throughout the United States by leading galleries and fine jewelry stores.

Jane’s specialty is creating intricate patterns in metal. Her designs run the gamut from multi-dimensional textures like alligator skin or pebble grain to centuries old patterns such as paisleys and stylized florals. Her love of color is also evident throughout her collections. Whether it is the accent of a beautifully cut gemstone or the drop of a luscious pearl, her attention to detail is evident in every creation.

The unique quality of her artistic vision has garnered her numerous design honors. Since 1995, Jane has received five Spectrum Awards from the American Gem Trade Association. The World Gold Council, Perles de Tahiti and the Platinum Guild International have also recognized her for design excellence.

Her jewelry has been featured in fashion magazines such as Vogue, InStyle, Town & Country & Bride’s. In addition, her designs have accessorized numerous actresses who have appeared on various TV shows including episodes from the Law & Order series.

Jane Bohan learned her craft at the prestigious Rhode Island School of Design, earning a BFA in 1979.
